CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:


Yogalates:

      The perfect fusion yoga and pilates, this moderate-level class incorporates strength, balance and flexibility for a total body workout that will challenge you physically and mentally.


Step & Sculpt:

       Fast paced, high intensity cardio class incorporates strength intervals and step aerobics for a balanced and challenging total body workout.


BFF (Be Forever Fit):

          Moderate intensity level class that is an aerobic workout based on dance moves and muscle toning exercises that promote cardio-respiratory endurance.


Barre Belles:

        Barre-inspired strength training class that combines traditional ballet movements with weight training for increased strength.


Fit Over 50:

       Low to moderate intensity workouts for older adults; combines strength training, flexibility and coordination exercises for a full body workout.


Spin:

    Upbeat indoor cycling class.


Boot Camp:

          Moderate to high intensity workout combining cardio, HIT intervals and strength training for a full body workout. Modifications offered for all fitness levels.


Ballet Exercise:

           Low impact, moderate intensity level class that is traditional ballet barre workout based on ballet moves that promotes strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. 


Vinyasa Flow Yoga:

          An energetic style of yoga that links together yoga poses with the breath. The sequences will help develop flexibility, core strength, and balance which is closed off with a final relaxation pose. All levels are welcome.


Silver Sneakers:

        An exercise class for seniors that promotes strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. The exercises can be done standing or sitting in a chair.


Fitness Fusion:

         Moderate to high intensity level workout combining step, strength training, cardio intervals and yoga pilates moves for a full body workout.


Strength 'N' Motion:

         A mixture of HIT (high intensity training), cardio, strength training, and plyometric exercises.


Ripped:

        A total body workout which utilizes resistance and cardio training.
